Requirements to be a Team Leader-
-Must be of at least Jounin Rank
-(Sand Teams will start up once the Sand increases in popularity- Hang in there
)
Teams follow the same original Naruto-style, of a four man cell with one leading commander
Once joining a team, you must remain a member of yourteam until you reach jounin rank, only then you can leave your team to start a new one, or whatever it is you wish to do.
~~PLEASE, if you make a Team, give it a name for easy reference. It doesn't matter what you call it, but, for example-
My team is called 'Team Tsuyoi'
Fuyu's team is called 'Team Ningyo'
